Our center offers a one-stop solution for the diagnosis and management of a range of auto immunological conditions, including reproductive immunology, allergic disorders, and comprehensive testing—all under one roof.
We provide personalized treatment for conditions such as osteoarthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, dry eyes and mouth, systemic sclerosis, and osteoporosis.
Our in-house laboratory facilities enable thorough testing for various auto immune disorders. Additionally, we have a fully equipped, dedicated physiotherapy department that offers detailed assessments and customized treatment plans for pain management, joint mobility, and strengthening.
We also operate an on-site pharmacy to further support our patients' needs.

Dr. Shruti Paramshetti is the first full-time rheumatologist in Sangli District. She completed her MBBS and MD at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, and later pursued a two-year fellowship in Rheumatology and Immunology at ChanRe rheumatology and immunology center and research Bengaluru
Dr. Paramshetti has gained extensive experience in treating a wide range of rheumatological and autoimmune disorders. She is also skilled in managing various allergic illnesses and has a special interest in reproductive immunology, including recurrent pregnancy losses and Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APLA).
She has a keen interest in lupus and has been involved in research related to this condition. Dr. Paramshetti has several publications to her name and has presented at both national and international conferences. She is a life member of the Indian Rheumatology Association and the Maharashtra Rheumatology Association.
